What Hotlines UK Telephone Training Does

Training workshops, materials energising & in-company training workshops for telesales and telemarketing tailored to your specific needs. We deliver courses for telephone staff, call centre team leaders, supervisors, managers and HR advisors in London and all over the UK.

Most of our workshops last 1 to 3 days with groups of up to twelve telephone agents per course.

We can also provide refresher courses to reinforce the skills of telesales and telephone staff, especially after long term leave because of pregnancy or sickness.
